At Darling, we pay homage to Minneapolis’ culinary legacy while infusing it with our own flair. Nestled in the former home of Birchwood Cafe, our cozy space echoes familiarity, but our menu dances to a different beat. Husband-and-wife duo Juell and Ray Roberts, former personal chefs to Prince, infuse Darling with bubbly creativity. With partners Mike Smith and Jeff Zajac, they’ve transformed this Seward neighborhood fixture. Join us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Let’s celebrate comfort food, community, and the joy of a perfectly crafted waffle. 🧇
